Rejoice with Jerusalem – Your Invitation!

This month of May marks 50 years since the reunification of Jerusalem.

This month, the vibrant city will come alive with parties, dancing and laughter as her residents celebrate. Local neighbourhoods as well as the city centre will be full of Israelis parading through the streets. They will be wearing blue and white as they dance and sing their way to the Western Wall. They will rejoice with Jerusalem! They will rejoice that they have free access to the Western Wall, a retaining wall of the Temple—the site of constant prayer.

The Scripture Tells Us to Rejoice with Jerusalem!   “Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all you who love her; rejoice with joy with her, all you who mourn with her; that you may feed and be satisfied with the consolation of her bosom, that you may drink deeply and be delighted with the abundance of her glory. For thus says the LORD: ‘Behold I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream. Then you shall feed; on her sides shall you be carried, and be dandled on her knees. As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you; and you shall be comforted in Jerusalem” (Isa. 66:10–13 emphasis added).

Yes! I rejoice with Jerusalem and I am glad with her. I rejoice in Israel’s 50th yr of reunification.
I PRAISE YAHVEH for her, for if it weren’t for her I would not be here, now, rejoicing.
I would not know my wonderful Yeshua HaMashiach and would be in darkness but for her so again I say REJOICE, HALLELUJAH!!! Thank you Isreal!
